Good day to you, Nancy, and thank you, thank you, THANK YOU!!

Be it safe to say that you sold my home. What I need to truly compliment  is your motiviation, professionalism, directive, advice and the complete sincerity I believe required of honorable sales professionals that not only see the transaction to fruition but also do so with heart and integrity.  You went beyond the call of duty in the selling of my home. Abet, the home was priced right and worthy of many prospective buyers, but what set you apart from other sales people in your industry was your concern for my needs and comfort, not 'just another sale'.

Nancy, when you first offered your services to me, I have to admit I was skeptical.  You were not the first Realtor to inquire. Your introduction included some extremely qualifying remarks, the foremost being a 100% sales record for homes listed by yourself. Quite lofty, or so I thought, for I too am a sales professional.  I, without a doubt believe you and trust this has continued since our last chat.

Now it was time to buy a new place. I'll keep it brief. We did it, on time, at an extremely fair price and the transition was clean, simple and concise.

Again, thank you for working so hard for me and please reference any prospective clients my way, should they too, be skeptics of your valued services.
